Picture this: a private beach house named Sunrise at CB, four days of sunrise walks and sunset dinners, and a small crew of WGC girls who came to relax, laugh, and maybe get a little sunburnt together.
WGC Gone Coastal is our first coastal retreat, an intentionally small, cozy weekend away in Wilmington, NC. We're keeping it intimate (just 9–11 spots!) so it actually feels like a retreat with your people, not a big chaotic trip.
Meals, activities, and all the little details are handled. You just have to show up, get in the car, and let the Triad-to-coast playlist do its thing. 🎶

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

*Itinerary is tentative and subject to small changes based on weather and group flow and finalized planning from the WGC team, but the magic of the weekend stays the same!

A note on parking: Sunrise at CB has limited parking, so we strongly encourage carpooling! Once you register, we'll help connect you with other attendees near you to coordinate rides.

FAQs
Is this trip open to non-members? Yes! The WGC Gone Coastal Retreat is open to all women 21 and up, WGC members just receive a discount.
What if I want to bunk with a friend to save money? Email Galina at wgc@socialclubcollectivellc.com with who you'd like to room with and their email address, and she'll send you a discounted booking link for the shared queen room to you both. Please note we only have two beds this is available for, so this will be on a first come first serve basis.
Is there a payment plan? Yes, register by July 31st to be eligible for a payment plan option. Initial deposit will be based on room plan, and the remaining cost will be due in two increments.
What should I pack? No need to worry, we will send you a full packing list when you register for the retreat
What is the typical age of retreat attendees? Anyone 21 and up is welcome to join the retreat
How do I get there? Attendees are responsible for travel to and from Wilmington. Parking is limited at the house, so we encourage carpooling and will help connect roommates/carpool groups after you register. House address will be sent to attendees after they register
What if I have dietary restrictions? Add any dietary restrictions or allergies on your registration form. Please note that we can not guarantee any cross contamination or accommodations for dietary restrictions, but we will do our very best.
Cancelation Policy
We know life happens! Here's how refunds work if your plans change:
Cancel by August 31, 2026 → 90% refund
Cancel by September 4, 2026 → 50% refund
Cancel after September 4, 2026 → No refund
Note:
If on a payment plan, deposits are non refundable.
To cancel, email wgc@socialclubcollectivellc.com as soon as possible, refunds are based on the date we receive your cancellation notice, not the date you booked.
A Note From Galina
Hi, I’m Galina, founder of Winston Girls Club!
I started WGC retreats because I kept noticing the same thing: so many women in our community were craving deeper connection, but everyday life doesn’t always leave room for it. Between work, family, and the usual busyness, it’s easy to lose touch with the kind of friendship that comes from really slowing down together.
That’s why I started planning retreats, I wanted to create something intentional. A weekend where the to-do list disappears, where new friendships have room to grow, and where you leave with actual memories instead of just another year of “ we should really get together soon.”
WGC Gone Coastal is our first retreat by the water, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring this community to the coast. Every detail from the meals, to the activities, to the little pockets of downtime has been curated so you can truly relax, connect, and have fun without having to plan a single thing by yourself.
Whether you’ve been part of WGC since the beginning or you’re joining us for the very first time, I hope this weekend gives you what it’s given so many of us already: new friends, full hearts, and a few days that feel like exactly what you needed.
