WGC Washington Park Crossfit Workshop
Join us at Washington Park CrossFit on Thursday, June 25th from 6:30–8:30pm as we welcome the Winston Girls Club for a fun and empowering two-hour training session!
We’ll break down barbell basics and etiquette, covering movements like the deadlift, front squat, power clean, and push press. Athletes will also get hands-on experience with the rower and assault bike, plus learn key gymnastics fundamentals like hollow holds and pull-up variations. With multiple coaches leading the session, each participant will get plenty of personalized coaching and support along the way.
The mission? Build confidence and help every participant feel strong, capable, and comfortable stepping into any gym environment.

Join us for an informal, empowering evening focused on women’s pelvic health with Allison Richardson, OTD, OTR/L . We’ll explore the basics of what the pelvic floor is, the main functions of the pelvic floor, common myths and facts on women’s health, and how stress, breath, and daily life impact your body. Allison Richardson is a licensed occupational therapist and certified trauma informed functional pelvic health practitioner. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and has developed specialized expertise in women’s pelvic health. She focuses on empowering women to connect to their bodies by understanding their health and wellness and how it impacts their pelvic floor function.
