We’ll explore the basics of what the pelvic floor is, the main functions of the pelvic floor, common myths and facts on women’s health, and how stress, breath, and daily life impact your body. This event is for all women across all stages of life! Come curious and leave feeling informed!

 Allison Richardson is a licensed occupational therapist and certified trauma informed functional pelvic health practitioner. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and has developed specialized expertise in women’s pelvic health. She focuses on empowering women to connect to their bodies by understanding their health and wellness and how it impacts their pelvic floor function.
