What's the Function? Why We Do What We Do

Thursday, May 21st | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Have you ever wondered why you keep doing things you don't want to do — or struggle to start things you actually care about? Behavior isn't random. It has a function. In this interactive workshop, we break down the science of why we behave the way we do and what we can do about it.

What you'll walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of what drives your behavior

  • A breakdown of the why behind behavior and the tools to change patterns that aren't working

  • Real-world strategies for behavior change, with insights from guest speakers across fields where behavioral science is applied every day

Open to all — no prior knowledge needed.
