Allison Richardson is a licensed occupational therapist and certified trauma informed functional pelvic health practitioner. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and has developed specialized expertise in women’s pelvic health. She focuses on empowering women to connect to their bodies by understanding their health and wellness and how it impacts their pelvic floor function.
