By joining Winston Girls Club, you agree to uphold our community values and guidelines. Winston Girls Club reserves the right to revoke membership at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these guidelines or behavior that does not align with our community values.

Be Kind & Curious Approach every interaction with kindness, empathy, and genuine curiosity. We celebrate differences and seek to understand before judging.
Respect All Members Treat everyone in this community with respect, regardless of background, beliefs, or perspectives. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
Show Up with Integrity Honor your RSVPs, be punctual, and communicate if plans change. Respect others' time and the limited spots at our events.
No Sales or Solicitation This is a community, not a marketplace. Direct sales pitches, MLM recruiting, or unsolicited business solicitation are prohibited.
Engage Authentically Show up as your real self. We value genuine connection over curated perfection.
Assume Good Intent Give fellow members the benefit of the doubt. If something bothers you, address it directly and kindly or reach out to leadership.
